Hi, thanks for taking the time to learn about your charge before filing a dispute.

It's likely your card and information are safe and was used for something you purchased but just don't recognize. Very few credit card thieves use a stolen card to buy a newspaper subscription! However, we're here to help resolve any questions you have and stolen cards have been used to buy classifieds ads at newspapers to sell stolen goods.

Creative Circle Media Solutions hosts hundreds of local media sites around the United States. We work mostly with family or locally owned newspapers and we provide them with  web  sites and software, including credit card processing services. If you have a charge from us, it means you bought something through a web site we host. That's why our description isn't doesn't carry the name of the specific newspaper, magazine or business.

Our "description" on your credit card statement might say:

You'll see the logos of some of the sites we host at the top of this page. If you go online to your local newspaper site, you'll typically see our name in the footer at the very bottom of the site. If you see our name there, any purchases you made on that site were likely processed by us.

We also host a number of business and association sites, like Capitol Coin, a political memorabilia and coin dealer in Washington, D.C.
